The mission of the Clarence F. Holmes Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Memorial Scholarship Foundation is to award scholarships to qualified graduates of Metropolitan Denver Area High Schools. Our mission is founded in the reality that many high school students are from an economically disadvantaged family and are often in need of financial assistance in order to obtain a higher education.
The Clarence F. Holmes Memorial Scholarship Foundation solicits financial support from its fraternity members and the local business and corporate community to maintain its commitment to scholarship awards.
Scholarship - Mission & Vision
Centennial Participation Levels
Founders Circle – $1,000
For brothers who choose to make a defining legacy commitment.
Includes permanent recognition in the Centennial Record.
Legacy Builders – $500
Supports scholarship, preservation, and Centennial initiatives.
Century Stewards – $250
Marks participation in this once-in-a-lifetime moment.
Pledge Participation
Monthly or quarterly commitments over 3-6 months.
Participation is expected. The level is your decision.
CO License Plate Initiative
To bring the Commemorative Centennial “Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated” license plate to the State of Colorado by 2027, we must collect 3,500 names and signatures from licensed and registered Colorado residents, as required by the Colorado Department of Revenue.
What We Are Asking
- We are asking Colorado residents 18 years of age or older to support this effort by providing your name and Colorado address for the official petition.
- You are NOT obligated to purchase the plates.
- We are NOT requesting any donations.
- Your information will be used ONLY to meet the petition requirements of the Colorado Department of Revenue.
- You do NOT have to be a member of Omega Psi Phi to sign.
